Terms of Service
By booking a session at [[COMPANY_NAME]], you're agreeing to our professional standards and studio policies. We strive for excellence in every snip, but we need you to play ball too.
1. Appointment Protocol
Timing is everything in New York. We ask that you arrive at our 1101 Union Street studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate, but sessions may be shortened to protect the bookings of our other clients.
2. Cancellation & No-Shows
We value our stylists' time. Should you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows? That's a 100% charge. It's harsh but fair.

3. Service Guarantee
If you don't love your look, tell us before you leave. We're committed to your satisfaction and will make adjustments on the spot. Please note that complex color corrections may take multiple sessions to achieve your desired result safely.
